Three short months ago, many of us were resetting priorities in our lives and making New Years’ resolutions. So, how are you doing so far? Are you making progress on your goals? Need to revamp your plans? Or have you stopped or given up on any goals?
March is as good as time as any to stop and check in on your goals and intentions for this year.
One of the best things about life is that every morning bring the opportunity to start fresh. Whether you are conscious of it or not, every day you chose how you will interact with your life and the people in it. Today and every day, somewhere inside of you, you decide: “I’m going to keep doing what I’m doing. I’m going to build on what I’ve got.” Or you might say, “I’m going to leave old things behind. Today I’m going to try something new.”
You choose how you will dress and wear your hair every day. You pick whether you want to look forward to the day or dread parts of it. You decide how you will relate to your family, friends and coworkers each day. You decide if you will take positive actions toward your goals, not do anything, or take an action to sabotage yourself.
The first quarter of 2011 is gone. Take a minute to make your intentions for the rest of the year. Do you want to keep doing what you are doing? Or are there things you want to change in your personal life, your finances, your career, your health, or your spiritual life.
Do yourself a favor. Take some time this week to track the process of your goals, make adjustments, and make a plan for the next three, six, or nine months.

The best time to plant a tree was 10 years ago. The second best time is today. ~Japanese proverb
Keep looking up.
