What:

  • Free computer skills classes for 8th-12th graders.

Twin Cities BDPA believes that computer literacy is NOT an “optional” skill. Computer technology is intertwined within the fabric of daily life of most Americans regardless of age, sex, gender, and race. Everyone must have more than a basic understanding of computers.

Cost:

  • FREE for all 8th-12th grade students

When:

  • Saturdays June 4 – July 16, 2011
  • Each session starts at 10am; some end at noon, some end at 2pm

 Topics:

  • June 4th – Computer (PC) Disassembly and Assembly
  • June 11th – HTML (Basic)
  • June 18th – HTML (Advanced)
  • June 25th – Microsoft Tour
  • July 9th – Social Media and Scratch Programming
  • July 16th – Mobile Applications
