If you haven’t checked out the Careerealism website and blog, you should.  Their career advisors write and tweet some of the best career management and job search advice out there.

CAREEREALISM-Approved Expert Chrissy Scivicque wrote “15 Questions to Ask Yourself Before Making a Major Career Change.”

These are questions all career changes should answer BEFORE they quit their current job or enter a degree or training program. These 15 questions are the things I thought about before I made my career move.
